Try Physiogel lotion.
Its hypoallergenic, no smell and helps stop itching for sensitive skin.
You can get it at Guardians.

Try using Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap. It helped my wife to reduce such pregnancy itchiness effectively within 3 days.

More details about the soap can be found in www.mybeanbean.com.

1. Shower with cold water, without using soap or shower gel.
2. Try to stay within air-conditioned environment (avoid sweating) and apply mild moisturiser diligently (Bud's Organic, or the best I have tried is Moogoo).
3. Is it allergic reaction? Any pus inside those bumps? Or just red patches?
4. Can ask gynae for Hydrocortisone (steroid cream) and Piriton (antihistamine pills with sedation effect to help you sleep) - at low dose, both are harmless.

Mine was really severe and my Gynae started me on low dose Prednisolone (steroid pills) - now almost fully recovered.

Good luck!
