Penang Wilmar GBS just set up one yr and turnover rate quite high is due to poor management , they lack of management skill but doing management job. There are no OT claim as processors need to stay late until 10pm or 11pm around one week when month end closing. If the closing period fall on weekend, processors have to go back and support and there are only RM20 per day as allowance.

For the increment and bonus, if not really due to your performance but judge by your 'relationship' with those management staff. Company will fully utilize you and put few roles on one person.

For my opinion, you can look for better opportunity.
