At least they tried to fix it as possible as they could, though I too think that the game couldn't be fixed anymore than thatBesides, it's RM45 on steam now, I myself only just activated the code from my GTX 970 last December after carefully waiting for all the patches
Performance wise, I get mostly solid 80 to capped 90fps at 1080p max minus GameDon'tWorks settings. I can even run the game at 1440p all max plus GameDon'tWorks settings but I'll need to use Nvidia adaptive sync half-refresh rate 30 for a solid console experience
