Kingston ValueRAM is a reasonable buy.

Try to stick to 16-chip SDRAMs. If possible (but not necessary), stick to hynix or samsung chipsets.

My past Macs had issues with 8-chip (single sided) RAMs. I've also tested a variety of chipset brands, and concluded that hynix & samsung has the best compatibility.

Dare to open the eMac case and take out the RAM? Take out the ram and go to any computer shop and ask them the RAM exactly like yours smile.gif Other RAM should not be any problem, but sometimes get ready for the kernel panics to appear sweat.gif

Every single RAM in my PMG4 is KVR & Non apple. I see no problem with it.
