Ok guys, i just got my bf4 today and i've installed it but when i tried to lunch it from the website, it crashed, here is a picture of it, doesn't know if it helps but please help me to the best of your ability,

Tried "Repair" on your Origin already?

yes, and it still says bf4 has stopped working, even when i'm just lunching the test range,

If you are using any game overlays such as raptr and the like, turn them off. They are known to cause bf4 to crash. Also, note down your specs, driver version and etc. Can't tell you much based on a single screenshot

i closed raptr and steam but it still crashes,

im running a nvidia gt650m, i7 with 8gb ram laptop, it could run the game under low and normal settings.

cross check these, if there's any diff version then try updating or downloading it. There's tons of these installers in the bf4 folder

BF 4 is very demanding on updated video drivers due to allll the issues since day 1

what version is your nvidia at?

It seems, re-installing the game the third time including punkbster and dx11 with updating the nvidia driver through their website solved the problem.

I'm now happily playing the game with minimum lag on a Malaysian server,
