There is a whole article there on the rules and regulations with regards to signatures. Break it and you get a warning.

Signature images are hosted elsewhere, so we can't limit it automatically since it doesn't get uploaded to our server.

Oh ya, Raikkonen also had one..a bit bigger then got suspended for
1 day.

animated gif's are allowed, as long as its below the size restrictions. Size here is not the width x height but how many kB's the file uses. There are still dial up users who visit the forum and extremely large animated gifs take a very long time to download.

I dont see why your sig arent allowed..
Mine is bigger...but its within the kb allowed.

Uh infact its 50% smaller size (kb) than your vader

Let say I put more than 1 image...let say 4 images.
The total of 4 images MUST NOT exceed 70kb?

Or each image not exceed 70 kb?

total musnt exceed 70kB

that's not true. just because a picture extenion is GIF that doesn't automatically make it
1. bigger
2. animated

yes you can, crop the right side..

Well your sig is abit too long...
Its kinda irritated if its too long and making the scrollbar comes out..
Try crop/shrink it abit.
