The difference is just the quality.
The original is of course is better as it comes from the manufacturer.
The compatble charger does the job too.
Both items come with two weeks exchange policy.

Yes the cable can be plugged in to charge the console.
The delivery time depends on when is the next shipment to Malaysia.
It usually takes up to 2 days for an item to arrive
