I wonder what the fresh graduate expect in working life. Easy job, high salary at least 3K as starting salary, 25 annual leave + 25 medical leave, annual increment of 10- 20%, Boss is nice, and....what else? Is that what fresh graduate looking for.

Can not claim OT even work until 10pm( 9-6pm)..

Dont complaint too much, see my rants:
Have to sell mortgage, sell SME, sell personal loan, Porcess case, collect document, 4C to customer( convince, con, confuse, confess), do 100 cold call per day, analyse document, collect shit frm upper management, liase with lawyer, developer, agent, pay for entertainment, spend time trying to make a relation with them, got scold for no reason, work around the clock whole week What else can i think more? |
