Im savvy MT 2005 owner.
Did anyone know any savvy with hydraulic clutch conversion?
My car clutch pedal really stiff.thinking to modify it if cost is acceptable.
Any suggestion for clutch pump & slave from which car suitable for savvy?Thanks

my clutch pedal become light during cold weather.no kruk kruk sound at that time or after i lubricated clutch cable but only lasting for few days
i think curvy cable angle at engine firewall produce lot of friction plus bad pressure clutch plate is a factor

maybe clutch bearing.mine also kena.bearing itself just rm50+-(skf),but labour charge..

engine bising macam bulldozer n more louder during cold or morning
but mine when pressing clutch,bearing sound quiet more then release.

want to share.before this my car cepat jerking due to dirty tdc sensor.
few years ago, once i cleaned that sensor, my car can running smoothly for few weeks before jerking again.
but still ok la can soft reset and it takes few months to become hard to start(sensor too dirty)

last dec2015 my car jerking gila2
cleaning sensor just lasting for few days.less than a week.terus hard to start.
crank to start sampai battery weak sometimes.
sometime crank tak hidup, wait 10 minutes crank again ok pulak
i think my clutch and flywheel area now look like roads at kuantan with bauksit kot.hehe

then i sprayed my tdc sensor with spray clear...."cat sembur color clear,spray that u add to give your color more shining effect, NOT cleaning solution",
from dec2015-march2016 ,drive for long distance ipoh -kuantan and stuck in heavy traffic jam
so far no hard jerking & hard to start

if anyone want to try
i just sprayed a small metal that pointing toward flywheel
not a whole tdc or metal toward connector
other spray color code maybe works too.need to test

i think new layer i spray cover it for giving false tdc timing signal as dirty tdc sensor do that make it jerking
maybe sifu david can elaborate more
fyi i never change tdc sensor before

if lasting for few days like mine and need to clean again not smthing i enjoy to do anymore.

i spray all the metal surface with clear coat
pic in my previous post taken 1 month after i sprayed with clear coat
clear coat still there.metal dust pun sudah ada sikit sikit
but no jerking la.saja nak tengok what happen there.

i think i will solder mine next time if problem persist. sometimes i just clean my tdc without disconnect it. still ok . so i thought it's not connector issue

few year ago my car got weird symptom.sent to rs auto for a week then symptom cleared for itself.balik rumah cari2 dalam connector ecu ada kesan karat kat pin dia.mean connector masuk air.memang jadi lepas langgar air.pastu terus wrap ecu & connector dgn plastic.so far ok.

logically semua sensor akan lalu ecu
so lain pin yang kena air mungkin akan trigger lampu yg related dgn pin tu
symptom pun mungkin berbeza.try diy dulu
saya dulu pun masa kena kejap ok kejap tak
