Hi all, I just got myself a used savvy, manual, year 2008 with 110k kms on the clock. Previous owner has all service record, told me she did timing belt change already next change 140k. But I couldn't find the receipt. Was wondering if you guys know roughly how much would that be? Cause if there's no solid proof I'm thinking better get it done.

Hi guys. Recently my savvy manual oil warning light starts flickering at idle. It goes away the moment I step on the accelerator. Anyone has experienced this? Is the oil pressure sensor / switch likely to fail?

My car also gives out a slight tak-tak-tak sound, like tappets or valve lifters sound. Only happens at certain RPM when I press accelerator.

Any ideas? Oil has been changed 3000km ago. Not yet due for service.

what engine oil are you using? does it happen when engine is hot/cold?

Shell, not sure what weight. Only happens when engine is hot. Cold no issue I realise.

Anyone tried putting myvi size tyres on savvy? 175/65/r14.. wondering if it will scrub the wheel wells or not. Cheaper price for the same brand of tyre, also could be more comfortable?

Any hints or guide to DIY? Found a video but that involves opening up and solder then glue it back. Is that the way?

Hi all, anyone faced issues with rear wheel bearing? My car driver side rear wheel bearing keeps leaking as making noise. Changed twice but only lasts 3 months before the sound comes back again.

Shop says maybe need to change the wheel hub itself. Wondering if anyone faced this before?
