QUOTE(davidke20 @ Aug 27 2014, 03:49 PM) Dun simply say I rekomen small tayar well said SIFOO! somehow. its me who came up with the question. feel a bit weird when taking high speed corner on those small width rubber. thanks for the explanation and still trying to learn on this advance driving thingy. savvy is a good platform to learn. despite of having small cc and power, handling is better then higher cc and compact form make it easier to learn i think. |

QUOTE(h0pefree @ Aug 27 2014, 10:35 AM) Usually I sent my savvy back to proton SC at Cheras for replace AMT parts. Reasonable workmanship and skillful foreman. I never experience with other workshop on this. Can't give any comment on the price they charge. However, my experience with 3rd party workshop is part price will be more expensive than spare part shop, some even expensive than. Proton SC. But alot ppl say proton SC is terrible as in sometime they repair things that shouldnt be repaired and also spare parts at proton SC is expensive.Probably now the spare part is already cheap since already 7-8 years?Just give an example, you try ask savvy engine oil filter price at workshop or spare part shop. Definitely expensive than rm12.75 which is the price selling at proton SC. So,its better to get the spare part ourself if we know whats the problem and ask them fix it?Btw,mine is MT.David recommend me to try renautech since they specialist on renault engines. |

I'll cover the technical part a little bit more when I have the time. Knowing the car has it's limit on power output, the best way is to make it fun to drive, not BIG. I don't need that much of grip anyways since it's only a 60.8whp machine |

QUOTE(LBagwell94 @ Aug 27 2014, 05:51 PM) ask Toyo Malaysia lo...http://stamfordtyres.com.my/hminfo/index.a...ction=contactus It's racing semi slick tires for motorsports ma, and anything related to motorsports, goreng sky high lo. on a side note, R888 is about same price/cheaper than AD08R, and being semi slicks, it has better dry grip. i'm personally afraid of it's wet grip since it is a semi slick, however many friends/enthusiasts say its NO PROBLEM. conclusion: R888 for the win » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Renautech is my preferred workshop for heavy engine work, hence yes I rekomen. However, price wise, they're not the cheapest. Want a more competitive price, please go for OSMANBABA in Pandamaran So,its better to get the spare part ourself if we know whats the problem and ask them fix it?Btw,mine is MT.David recommend me to try renautech since they specialist on renault engines. |
