Browsing through the replies I can see that the remaining 2 bedrooms units were snatched up only recently?
Is this due to the opening of their nice Atria Mall? I am quite pleased with their quality of the mall when I signed my SPA.
And thanks Babizz for the constant updates, wonder where you get all this info but I'm sure we as buyers are all extremely grateful for your contribution.

Is there a problem you have with this project, JamesPond? Or is it Aeon? Sure looks like it so why not list down what is making you cry at night and perhaps we can give you some solutions.

Took a detour on the weekend to have a look at how Aeon looks like. Despite the facade from afar, it looks okay when I was there and I like how the main entrance is adjacently facing Emira. I can really imagine the convenience of just walking over to buy groceries. It's about 100m to entrance?
Happy with my decision to purchase Emira so far. Now I just want to see after Aeon's launch, how is the crowd and traffic like.

Honestly looking way better than my expectations. Though I wish I knew the quality level of materials used for the FOC kitchen fittings.
Rental wise, Emira definitely can fetch better rates than neighbouring condos bar Sri Acapella just because of its location. Unless Sri Acapella tenants decide that living next to Aeon is better, our rent should be just below that of theirs until LRT station is ready.
I feel that owners shouldn't really aim for MSU students as tenants, that's what Menara U and the hostels are for.. Instead, think young families and professionals working nearby in the industrial areas, expats currently staying in Sri Acapella etc.
