KELRYSON, which lawyer who emailed u? I contact the lawyer twice but she never email me. I thought OSK panel lawyer don't like to email.

Btw, anyone know the title of Emira? Commercial or Residential? I'm considering is that I need to pay expensive TNB and water bill in future? Hope tai kor can gv advice.

The OSK staff told me maintenance fee is around RM320 for 2 rooms. Today the lawyer also just called me confirm the condo will be in Commercial Title. Means we have to pay TNB bill based on commercial rate. Will it be big difference between commercial and residential rate?

since there is a proposed station 10 for LRT3 right in front of Emira, how does Emira link with this LRT station?

What are the target for rental? Mainly for MSU undergraduates? I don't think rental can easily up to 2k even for 2BR type.
