How much do you think could be the potential rental for 2 bedroom? Enough to at least cover loan? Calculated loan should be ~rm2600

True2. Calculated the rm2600 with sinking fund actually. Forgot to mention that. I am estimating rm2800-rm3000 rental (probably expat targets). Hopefully will be right. Haha
