Relax is only 1 lelong unit. Not 10 lelong units.
Out of 600 units, is bound to have owner that face financial difficulties out of sudden in his life.

The more important thing is to see how much the unit will be transacted. Will it fall below 300k?
I believe due to its good location and end product also satifactory, i'm sure the sold price will be high as well.

Like for buy sell, we can check on brickz to get the transacted S&P price for the unit.

As asking rental ads in the market today full with fake info. Cannot use that as reliable guide.

Cheap enough biggest size unit here, with 3 car park slots.
Drop from 800k.
This owner got a shop lot unit down below and 2 service apartment unit above. But only this 1 unit in the lelong market at the moment.
