If you updated the game, it should say ver. 1.2 or something at bottom right of bottom screen, at the screen where you get to select continue, mystery gift etc.

More like 50-60%, there's no 100% way of passing down, even females are not 100%

What has ended is free trials of Pokebank, if you want Pokebank now, you will have to pay for it.
