icic.. but how about lvl/move?

eg i have lvl5 pidgey with only 2 move. what will happen? will it be pidgeot with 4 move or lvl50 pidgey with 2 move?

btw do u guys touch screen flicker a lot?

mine always happen when changing from skate to walk (using direction key instead of dpad) and vice versa
