i wanna ask that how to renew the pokemon bank can i add funds in nintendo eShop or buy the eShop reload card ?

Yeah you can add funds by purchasing the eShop reload card.

For me, after I had used my 30 days trial period, I went to online game shop to buy the eShop reload card, to reload the balance that is in your nintendo cash balance. After that, you can buy the 366 days pass for the Pokebank before it expires again.
