Storekini,
I have rcvd my White Nokia X, thanks. However, a few comments:-

1. My parcel was received in a very bad condition. The phone box was damaged (thank god that the phone is okay). The box was badly damaged. Yeah, i know it just the box, but then the box is important to retain the re-sell value should I decide to sell the phone later. Now the box is totally damaged and I have to throw it away. So later if I wanna sell my phone it will not be consider as full-set anymore.

2. The power bank was damage. One part of the power bank shows sign that it was dropped or knocked by hard object. (Yeah, I know it is free item so I can't say much about it. But then again before I purchased, I notice another online store is selling Nokia X for RM 379. So technically why I choose Storekini was because I make the assumption that I buy the phone for RM 379, and the Powerbank for RM 20. So I guess I have the right to complaint even though it is only RM 20).

3. The freebies that was claimed to be worth more than RM 50 (I'm not sure whether the value is inclusive Powerbank or other freebies ONLY) that I rcvd was ONLY the car sticker. Nothing much I can say as I don't know the value of the car sticker, so put aside the value (Well, maybe the value of the car sticker is RM 30 if the powerbank as in No 2 is estimated to be RM 20). However, based on the was the package was handled, the car sticker also "koyak" a few places. So can't really stick it to my car.

Anyway, the car sticker is LYN, and if the condition is good, I will stick it to my car as I support LYN as it is the best online community. Too bad that I cannot use it now.

If the sticker was Storekini sticker, even if the sticker was in good condition, sorry I will not stick it as I will not promote storekini based on my experience of how my package was handled. This is my first buy through storekini and if this is the kind of support, I'm not sure whether I will return again to storekini.
