Lately when I try to connect my phone to my laptop, most of the time the phone system files could not be detected. Anyone knows why so?

Hello guys, it's been awhile
Lately when I try to connect my phone to my laptop, most of the time the phone system files could not be detected. Anyone knows why so? |
