after updated to the latest firmware, 769. the camera also says not available. and hangs while taking photo,need to restart. anyone facing this?

Guys,i took out my sim card n cannot be slot in again. Like something stucked inside.i went to service center before and they told me whatever sent to them, they will send to a shop in time square,but the name not sony service center, i forgot the name, anyone has any idea? Thanks.
