Hi guys!
its been 4months i own this Z1..
Last week tried to take a shot in swimming pool...(all slots have been checked close appropriately)
Rinse with clean water after taking picture...
Didnt check the phone after that...
At night... tried to snap another picture and found out that there's "wap air" inside the lens and my volume down button is not functioning...

But as of today...volume down button works back...the moist in the lens i tried to heat it under the hot suns and it goes away already... i wanted to send back to the Service Centre to fix this problem...

need advice on anyone in here tried this before??
and how long does it takes to repair?

Bcoz I plan to take some shots end of this month at Kohlipe.

Just came back from KohLipe,
2nd attempt try to take pic in the water after purchasing a casing for it...
But it fails me again.. the phone totally black out now...
Force start also cant..
Only when u plug in charger, the red lights on...
I know Sony doesnt cover warranty if its damaged with water..

My question here... which SC to go for a faster service?

will be sending to SC The Curve and see what they can do for me...
if its expensive to get it done...den i will find aftermarket service..

went to the Sony Centre at Curve today...
they said their place is not the centre in repairing Sony Phone..
they suggest me to take to their phone warranty claim department located at Plaza Berjaya.. opposite times square..
they said if i want to leave it at Curve also can..but will takes longer time to repair and get back to me..
go Plaza Berjaya straight will be faster..
so i will be sending it there tmr..

Sent for warranty claim last week after phone died due to taking shots in the water..
They callee up today and said that water went in thru simcard slot and damaged the mobo...
Rm1200 cost for repairing..
I am not going to repair it there...
Any phone shop to intro??
I dont give a damn about the warranty anymore
