my z1 cant connect to wifi , it says obtaining ip address like forever lol , any of u guys know how to fix ? its getting annoying

Is it really just me or is WeChat really not working? I have been running into issues with it after this new update. It is a problem with WeChat or what? I just can't send messages or even receive sometimes. I have lost count on un-installing and re-installing WeChat over and over again. I have done factory reset as well.

Any comment on the camera after the update?

Anyone experiencing minor lag when using the phone after updating to 4.4.4 stock rom? Like when you unlock the phone it will lag for 1-2 seconds, open whatsapp also will need 1-2 seconds. Previously after update the first few days is fine, then suddenly got this lag issue

just asking because last time i tried shoot at lowlight area, 15.5mp(16:9) the pic looks very blur, its like im taking photo with potato cam

shot with 20.7 mp, all good, sharp

so you dint use 15.5mp?
its larger resolution than 8mp.

and about size no problem for me, just upload to flickr when storage nearly full

last time im using flickr uploader app, very easy to manage & upload
can select large multiple pictures, smooth upload
now expired already.

The back panel of a Z1 LTE demo unit at Harvey Norman popped open because of the battery which expanded so badly.

Guys, any of you encountering strange behaviour after 4.4.4 update? Mine is Ori set.

I usually press back button fast few times to go back to home screen after what's app chat. This action will auto trigger the camera app. It's very minor for me, but I feel a bit strange.

Anyone having same issue?

what's up all.. new Z1 owner here.. rooted and ULB.

I'm still 50-50 of choosing Z1 and Z2.

1. Display is not an issue for me as i would love privacy; i don't want ppl to see what i'm doing from different angle.

2. Z2 is a little tall for me....quite awkward later on to put it in my hand.

3. Since Z1 is already 4.4.4, i believe the camera quality is as par as Z2 since they share same camera module.

4. Snapdragon 800 and Snapdragon 801 is just slightly different significantly in terms of maximum performance.

Z1 can be purchase from RM1300 (AP) compare to Z2 RM1800 (AP).

What's stopping me is that Z1 after being root, we don't loose the X-Reality and BRAVIA right?

But with the Z1 is the "concept baseline" for the next Xperia Zx model, I'll stick to Z1 for now as the only thing that I'm going for is the camera. With rooting, i could save battery life in a great amount; Intel3G apps   

Already booked Z1 for RM1400; ori set; and I'll pay up the rest and trade in with my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active when my cheque is clear (2 days float); submitted on Friday before 3 p.m; CIMB.
