I had no problem with waze or any other related GPS app. It snaps in about 8 sec or so(with data). It really depends on where you are. Overall I had no issue with GPS delay.

I am pretty please with the battery. Perhaps the bug on kitkat is the issue for it. I could use the phone 2 days in one charge with stamina at a light usage.

Not too sure about 100% brightness cause mostly I am indoor. Can't really answer your question because I don't play much game on this phone. The results maybe very vary. But based on my heavy usage, I spend about 2.5 hours on browsing the net and whatsapp/twitter on and off from 10am to 8pm (brightness 30% and on data). It still left about 45-50%.But honestly, this phone is packed with 3000mAh is pretty good liou. If you need more go for z2 3200mAh

Low light the picture is a bit grainy and less detailed but still overall satisfying to look at. I expected it to be better but some said after updating to kitkat is also part of the issue that causes it. I should have tried it before updating to clarify it .
