Guys,
Is there anyway at all I can connect my USB pendrive / external hard disk to my Ipad / Ipad Mini?

Anyone tested and tried before?

Not quite for transfering files but rather for watching movie etc.

Sorry NOT possible unless you jailbreak it...i tested that in previous IOS5 but never in subsequent versions..It is a dissapointing experience than vs Android. No idea how it will perform in IOS7

not possible for hard drive because the power is too low. youll need a USB reader with power hub to power the hard drive.

However, please be noted you can only transfer pictures unless you jailbreak your iPad. smile.gif

yes you can connect with or without jailbreak.

without jailbreak can detect pictures and videos i think

with jailbreak can put in apps and apply symlinks, can play video of any format either with iFile (I'm not sure about this) or XMBC or any variants.
