i did't know caffine in coffee can make u slim??

as i know, caffeine can increase burning of body fat as fuel during exercise & workout and improve performance during exercise & workout.
hehe, coffee is my favourite drink.

lol my cousin works in the pharmacy and she said the best-selling product is slimming drinks. I know there are vanilla and strawberry flavour too.

Yeah, and the buyers are mostly women. (No offence ladies) Women in surveys have been shown to be willing to part with up to 30% of their monthly salary for slimming 'products'.

aiseh man, do the conventional way la...change your lifestyle...exercise, cut down on sugar, fatty and oily food...

no such thing as short cut in life...all these slimming products are not meant to maintain your weight in the long run...
