BESUT - Seorang orang kurang upaya (OKU) terkejut wang simpanan KWSP berjumlah RM8,243.25 yang dimasukkan ke dalam akaun miliknya di sebuah bank di sini lesap.

Azid Mohammad, 55, dari Kampung Tasik Tok Lebai, di sini hampa kerana hasratnya menikmati wang simpanan hari tua hasil kerja selama kira-kira 15 tahun sebagai pemandu lori satu ketika dulu hilang sekelip mata.

Menurutnya, dia membuat urusan pengeluaran wang tersebut di pejabat KWSP Jerteh pada 17 Februari lalu dengan memberikan nombor akaun sebuah bank miliknya untuk dikreditkan pengeluaran itu.

“Saya mengeluarkan kesemua simpanan saya dan tiga hari kemudian saya terima satu SMS daripada KWSP yang memaklumkan bayaran pengeluaran telah dimasukkan ke bank berkenaan.

“Saya hanya ke bank berkenaan pada Ahad lalu bagi mengeluarkan wang itu bagi tujuan membayar urusan tanah pusaka milik ibu saya,” katanya.

Azid yang mengalami kekurangan pada kakinya itu berkata, dia menyerahkan buku akaunnya kepada kerani bank tersebut untuk dikemas kini kerana ingin membuat pengeluaran sebanyak RM7,000.

Bagaimanapun setelah disemak, kerani tersebut memberitahu akaunnya tidak mempunyai wang sebanyak itu kerana telah dikeluarkan sebanyak RM8,270 dua hari sebelum itu menerusi pemindahan Giro Antara Bank (IBG).

Katanya, dia amat terkejut mendengar berita itu apabila terdapat baki RM10.29 sahaja di dalam akuannya sedangkan dia tidak pernah mengeluarkan wang tersebut atau meminta sesiapa mengeluarkannya.

“Saya minta jasa baik pihak bank untuk siasat bagaimana wang tersebut boleh dipindahkan sedangkan saya sendiri tak tahu menggunakan IBG, tetapi gagal dapat jawapan kerana ibu pejabat bank ditutup sebab cuti hujung minggu (Ahad).

“Kemudian saya datang semula pada keesokannya seperti yang dijanjikan ke bank itu namun, hampa apabila gagal untuk mendapatkan punca bagaimana kejadian itu berlaku,” katanya.

Kata Azid, dia kemudiannya membuat laporan mengenai kehilangan wang tersebut di Balai Polis Jerteh, dekat sini.

“Sebelum ini pernah dua kali akaun bank saya dicerobohi iaitu pada 12 Ogos 2012 apabila sejumlah RM5,000 dikreditkan (dimasukkan) ke dalam akaun saya tanpa diketahui daripada mana wang tersebut, namun pada 1 September 2012 pula sebanyak RM5,149.50 dikeluarkan daripada akaun sama,” katanya.

Menurutnya, kejadian itu berulang pada 31 Disember tahun lalu apabila sebanyak RM3,400 dikreditkan ke dalam akuannya dan dikeluarkan semula dalam jumlah sama menerusi kaedah TRF.

“Saya tak tahu TRF tu apa, tetapi ada tertulis dalam buku akaun cara wang saya dikeluarkan,” katanya.

Sementara itu, Ketua Polis Daerah Besut, Superintendan Kamarudin Mohd Zakaria ketika dihubungi mengesahkan menerima laporan kejadian dan siasatan lanjut sedang dijalankan.

How u know he opened an ebank account? old folk like him wouldn't know any of that..
Impossible one open an ebank account just by ic and bank book,also need finger print to confirm the account is yours.

this one really true tragedy, got 15 years but only 8k. or it you change it to days, its only RM 1.5 a day

Damn city kids nowdays, he is OKU, old people living in kampung in besut, former lorry driver somemore, maybe no knowledge in internet or computer at all. Pegi bank also pakai buku lagi maaa.

Thing is 2X his account got ppl deposit and take out money. He should already suspect hanky panky and dont use that account. My 70 yr old housewife mum also know this. This pakcik OKU is his leg, not his brain.

Could be some insider job who started the online banking
