Q and A fixing a broken rar archive, didn't finish downloading. can extract?

hi guyz,
i downloaded winrar file and after 80 % download has stopped... but 80% still in my pc... the content of this rar file is 30 songs.. how can i extract them?

when you extract, check the box "keep broken files"

If you haven't finished downloading the archive file, most probably it won't be considered a valid archive and you can't extract a single file from it.

I presume you are using a registered WINRAR? If not I don't think its apropriate to talk about it after all its a shareware and its not exactly free distribution.

Be it free or shareware, the threadstarter wanted to know if it is possible to use the archive when it is incomplete So don't get paranoid...there is no issue on licensing
