Nail art courses, Need advice for learning about nail art

Hi galss, I am interested to take a part time nail art courses.... I love manicure , pedicure and all those nail art..I went to nail salon almost every week for doing mani and pedicure, every 3 to 4 days I will went to change my nail color at the salon.. Since wasting so much money on that.
 So I'm thinking to learn it myself.. I wish that maybe i can be a part time manicurist..  Do u gals have any idea about where is the famous academy and they provide a part time course for that? |

nah....just use nail strips.....cheap, fast and pretty designs....no need go salon, can diy
