last time TitanRev mention about flush radiator, after flushing done, have to monitor the reservoir for a few days. your case is radiator not enough water after flushing and put new coolant, so the radiator drag the water from reservoir. you said you have refill the reservoir so, it's done jor. your case settle ady.

Stiffness calculation for the spring rate of solid anti roll bar as below:

                            Pi x G x D^4
                            --------------
                              16 x B^2 X L

where G= the modulus of elasticity
D= diameter
B= length of lever arm
L= length of bar

So, 19mm solid bar is around 2x of strength compare to 16mm.

Below are the list of stock vehicle I've put my hands on:
Hongda Civig FD - 12mm
Hongda Civig FB - 12mm
Hongda Agord - 12mm
Fork Lynx (2001) - 12mm
BoBo 244GLi(1988) - 12mm
Toyol Altis - NIL
Dugong - NIL
P42 - NIL

Now, your car doesn't have an ARB in stock form. Whatever 16mm added to it, it's extra to your car, usually ARB are NOT supposed to exceed 10% of total spring rate(which after added it will be far beyond the limit). I can't brain what 19mm would do to stock springs. From what I can tell in my previous experience

1) too stiff spring that causes too much of bounce(air time, tayar tarak sentuh lantai mau macamana grip?) as a result lose control at corner.
2) Over stiffen ARB, resulting in inflexibility for both rear wheels. As a result vehicle will behave cigaoxin. Sometimes grip, when grip finish the car just spin out without warning.

So, no say good or no good geh. Sometimes I understand the being Asian mentality - bigger the better, including their d*** also wanna compare whose is bigger. For me, I did my own home work with UNKNOWN FLX rear spring rate, knowing the definite of exceed limit. I know I will not be able to break the ARB regardless how crazy I whack the car, probably break the torsion beam 1st if I were to. I don't know how about 19mm cause I didn't try. So yea, please go ahead if you think it's good. In the end no 1 else came up with the comparison of spring rate whether they're suffice/over limit.

lolx. better suspension 1st not like me.. the rear whn hilang grip pun tak tau... whn i notice my rear got tyre screeching sound i slow my speed and notice my rear tyre gone more faster... 

mine 19mm with stock setup... 

For my chassis upgrade, I started with rims and tires, then strut bars, then only change to adjustables, the last piece to add in was rear ARB. reason i do in this order because want to make sure the chassis is up to the task of taking adjustable as they are very stiff and harsh on the chassis honestly speaking.
