tht i not sure, as i haven't encounter it. u wait for other sifu reply u or wait Mawell6635 to reply u as iinm he change all his ignition coil due to rubber melt and stuck with the plug and i dont know how his foreman take the plug out.

Previously I service my Persona at the same service center but have no problem with changing spark plugs. According to them, this is Saga problem :S

I am using Original Spark Plugs from Proton.
