Hello everybody, boys and girls and errr half half? Just to ask if proton cover warranty for 'ROUGH' windscreen?since day one the windscreen feel like rough, the feel is like got dirt residue, is this normal for proton cars?

Now currently is 11k mileage, or what solutions can I use to somehow 'polish' off the pimple feel like resisdue, it feels sandy to the touch, and is spoiling the wipers.
