good for AW... no pity, no remorse and no feeling sorry for him... it's just way too much.. he got all the time in the world for the past 8yrs...

he must go... Arsenal must not go a decade without trophy... ayam skeptical wif our chance in FA Cup now... God bless...

+1.

I've stopped following Arsenal since last year since i cant take the heart break anymore. The 1st one was the 2004 CL against Chelsea.

I thought really ini kali lah but somehow it's still the same old wengerball.. sad.gif

Wenger should leave as the results has spoken over & over again.

It such a pain to see Liverpool ahead of us and challenge for title.
Especially Suarez decide to stay and score plenty of goals for them...

Well..it's a perfect example of the 'benefit' from changing the manager.

For the past few seasons, some are quite pessimistic whenever the idea of asking AW to unmanage Arsenal arose. Brendan rodgers was just a young manager trying to play some fancy attacking football while at Swansea. Now, he manages to challenge the title just the 2nd season with Liverpool.

Hopefully the board will look into this matter soon since imho, AW has lost his magic in building a team that can compete competitively among the big clubs.

Its also a perfect example of changing managers doesn't guarantee instant success. How many years have Liverpool spent in the wilderness and how many managers have they changed and how much money has been wasted?

I wouldn't so fast as to pass judgement on Rogers and Liverpool.

We have yet to see Rogers in charge of a full fledged season with fixture congestion and what not. We all know how spectacularly he failed in his first season last year when he had to juggle Europa Cup games together with the BPL games.

Its not that I am against changing managers. Whichever route the club chooses to take I will fully support but just to remind that as much chance there is of a positive change there also lies an equal chance of the potential pit falls that could await.

Of course instant success will not be achievable based on the current financial situation. More games = need more squad depth. At the moment, we're still relying on some old farts, indicating our young players are really not up to par.

Last time those performing 30s players are backup player where contract extension is given on yearly basis but it seems the policy has changed. I believe this will harm the nurturing young players process even tho our players are really sweat.gif .

On the other hand, not playing in CL might be losing quite a substantial amount of prize money but being KO annually at top16 is actually morally damaging. Why not just try to build a team that can last the season competitively instead of habis steam at the of final sprint?

Just like the textbook theory, people are afraid to change but in the business world, failing to adapt to changes will only lead to failure.
