Well based on Gibbs' interview recently, Wenger really put his trust on the players to solve it by themselves on the pitch. He gave them freedom. That maybe explains why he usually stay calm and see how the players react before he starts to drop them like Szczesny.

I told u before, Liverpool and Arsenal, both play beautiful football, like brother u know..

Everything will be fine according to most supporters here and it was only because we were unlucky.
