Thanks. Will look into it. I wonder they have any program to calculate how many lots to enter in each different account based on risk % if my account $ and friend's account $ are different.

Any guide line to judge if the trader is intermediate or expert? So far I been getting 1~3% per month on super small acc. Dont know if it is good or not. Or is like should be 20-30% profit per month then is considered pro? tongue.gif I see some traders trade for living... then they must have super large capital blink.gif

DOLLAR/YEN is showing absolutely weakness CORRECTION on 4H and DAILY. Buying anything against YEN now means killing yourself.

Oopss.. just got killed this morning.. sweat.gif

Basically my strategy is pretty text book.
Draw support resistance and trendline in weekely and daily chart.
4hr: Determine direction of trend. Impulsive, corrective. Sometimes is tricky to me..
1hr: Wait reversal candle to trade back to the direction of 4hr trend. The reversal signal should be around support resistance or trendline or 200, 20ema at least.
Better if can find reversal pattern supported by divergence in 15min.

Risk 1% R:R around 1.5 to 2... Sometimes if i feel the price not going up anymore or weird, I just close early.. 0.2% still better than -1%.. haha

Not bad actually on your strategy. No need to look for perfect entry always. I don't encourage people trade too low TF such as below 1H. Too many changes or choppy candle on 15M, so it is too tricky because it can change any moment. Probably you can start to learn how to draw a Channel Line, so you can look for correction and not gotten in on reversal. You can start try now on those YEN on 4H and DAILY. Use previous high and the last BULLISH candle, so you can determined the whole price are reversal now.

rclxms.gif Thanks thanks, will try ..
Last time I tried 5min and 15min after saw people on the net posting successful trade in 5min.. then kena slaughtered like a pig without mercy.. After changed to 1hr, result got a bit stable and the candle is more reliable.

Shorted AUDUSD after a super long pinbar on weekly resistance this morning 7am before I go to work. Just now I checked, my 0.9399 SL triggered. I checked chart online, it didn't shot up that high before went down.. this is slippage? :confuse:

broker (or rather currency market makers) use news as a excuse to widen spread claiming volatility surge, aka stop hunting. Best weapon to kill accounts.

Let me try help you out...

USDAUD high before news was 0.9407 (ask price) the news push it up to 0.94147 (ask price) 0.94097 (bid price) a difference of ask price by 7.7 pips with a news spread of 5.0, your stop was less than 7.7pip from high (ask price) i believe. Please confirm if your broker has this similar observation.

By the way which broker were you referring to?

Vantage fx. Gonna check with broker when back tonight. hmm.gif
