most food labels sucrose instead of sugar..

where are my stars???

i notice alot of food labels for sweet sweet food or stuffs or juices will alwayd use the term sucrose.. instead of "sugar"
for ppl who does not know .. they will think.. oh.. this things does not have sugar in it..
anyone??

this is the chemical term of sugar...ya..ppl with normal knowledg may not think it contain sugar..btw, i think most of the consumer know which product contain sugar la...so not a big prob i think

sucrose glucose... different sources but pretty much the same thing.

More easy to digest because simpler than the molecule of the sugar which is complex

Hmm....what about fructose? maltose? dextrose? Any idea how those impact us compared to sucrose?
