I think putting this Health & Fitness under Kopitiam is not that suitable

Since we are getting more & more serious talk around this forum, and getting more & more ppl starting their journal, either for diet or fitness.

Also suggesting to have a new subforum for the journals, it will be easier for us to keep track of ours and others journal.
and also subforum for sexual related health topics
or a subforum or pinned thread for workout tips, diet tips.

So what do you guys think?

Why not? As long as it doesn't get moved to Cupid's Corner, i'm fine with it. Cos imagine if someone starts asking us regulars here advice on how to get chicks in the gym. OMG! wink.gif

You guys really think it' a good idea? I mean, it's a forum for computer techies. There are very few people interested in strength/fitness/etc. And imagine if the Cupidtards came in here.

why not? i mean i'm somewhat of a nerd, while not on the level of some of the people here i do dabble in computers and programming and whatnot.

well i suppose there is no real point as either way us posters in the health and fitness section will still be posting in the health section, main or sub forum makes no difference.

But i'm curious yo. What difference does it make it it becomes a part of the main section? If people are really interested in working out for fitness or bodybuilding reasons, all it takes is a simple click to come in here. But yeah, you guys got a point about the journals. It really encourages people. i was surprised at the number of journals which have popped up. There's even a diet journal too.
Who's the mod in charge of the Health section by the way? Just curious.

Nah. I just help out when i can. There're a lot of good contributors in this section including you and a few others. So we've got a good thing going on here. It's definitely much better than the crackpot syndrome which is so abundant in the Cupid's Corner. Lol.

Enough with the Cupid's Corner man. Let them get their testerone spike or whatever.

With this section as a main forum, more people will notice it. They would learn valuable diet and exercise information which is the core of fitness, and not some magic potions.

Maybe someday when this place is overwhelmed with bodybuilding articles and journals, Health and Fitness could get a branch---Bodybuilding.

Agree. Never understood why this forum is part of Kopitiam. Health discussions surely can't be considered kopitiam chatting...

People are not interested in health. Trust me. Once they find that most of them have to radically change their lifestyles just to get a healthier body, they shy away.
