To be fair to OKS, he is just an interime coach. This condition dont give him the power to execute long term plans.

So he just pick the best eleven that were on form in thel league and hope for the best...

And since kelate already out of AFC Cup, we can finally see piya plays full time for the national team on next assignment.... What we dont know is if OKS is still the coach by then..

Normally like masa RG, NT group including asst coahches and manager subahan akan bincang tapi head coaches have the final say.

Eksperimen baddrol bakhtiar pon gagal. Inisiatif die byk ends up bagi bola free-free ke pinoy.

Hafiz dan junior tak berjaya untuk offer diri untuk bawak bola keluar smoothly dari defense. Ends up normal script defend pumm bola ke striker.

Letak satu false wingers ok lagi, tapi bile letak on both sides, terus flanks kita kene makan.

Kita kene faham yang striker-turns-wingers-sebab-hanya-import-boleh-main-striker-dalam-liga tak suka cover left back mereka macam natural wingers.

Sebab :

1. Untuk orang pentingkan ranking, menang friendly boleh naikkan ranking dan naik ranking tu penting... Bagi golongan ni, kalah/tak menang friendly adalah kegagalan

2. Untuk orang tak pentingkan ranking macam aku. Friendly penting untuk persediaan AFF Cup. Masa ni lah coach bole collect data untuk decide the most suitable players dan gameplan yang boleh magnify kekuatan dan supress kelemahan kita.... So kalah/tak menang friendly not necessarily a bad thing.

sebab based on data yg dapat selepas byk percubaan...and he tried more than 50 new players during his time..... Not many can win over....ade yg berjaya macam taj, alex, apek...... Tapi mostly the others failed...

Takleh salahkan die untuk buat eksperimen masa frenly untuk collect data....takleh salahkan die juga kalau baser pada data tu, kesimpulan dibuat adalah backbone team tak boleh tukar byk.

Eksperimen yang gagal adalah bukan kegagalan. At the very least you can rule out some hypothesis. Which is a success in itself. Eksperimen hanya gagal kalau kita tak boleh belajar darinye. Tak ade data atau rumusan pon yang dapat.


Anyway... Aku pon mungkin tak setuju sesetengah pilihan pemain .... Tapi aku akan stand by the coach rights to make that choice. Especially during friendlies.

Bile coach start untuk ikut arus sebab semata-mata nak jadi "coach popular", die akan mula gagal. Yang sedihnye die akan dibuang kerje semata sebab nak puaskan hati orang lain.

Kalau dedua fail pon, surely coach kene decidw juga which way is better than the other.

Personally , aku lagi setuju the latter.

1. Aku rasa cara pengiraan FIFA ranking adalah bullshit an unfair. .... Personally aku rasa nak buat algorithm yang fairly describe kekuatan team secara rata seluruh dunia adalah unachievable unless intercontinental friendlies are widely practiced. ..untill then aku tak iktiraf ranking worldwide sekarang. Paling paling aku tgk pon hanya ranking asia tenggara dan asia.

2. Kalau nak ade kayu pengukur pon aku lebih suka guna history conpetetive matches.

3. Aku agak specific akan tugas org yg kita letak kpi. As shocking as it sounds, bagi aku, aku result national team adalah bukan fully direct kpi FAM. Pemberat tanggungjawav adalah 15% FAM, 50% NT coach dan 35% FA negeri iaitu supplier players national team. FAM 15% pon sebab die pilih nt coach so kene ade indirect responsibility. Tapi ramai lupa kalau kita tak improve supplier, tukarla presiden fam pon tak akan boleh improve national team.

4. Kpi sebenar fam adalah afc league assesment. Yg ni lah sebenarnye die punye bread and butter. Yang bodohnye fam ni, sejak 2008, derang dah tak panggil AFC dtg audit dah. Kalau ade pun due tak declare result, so bodohla sebab bagi aku yg league kita dah meningkat sejak tu. Bodohla kalau dah buat kerje tapi tak nak tunjuk hasilnye.

5. FAM hanyalah council dibentuk sesama FA negeri untuk anjur liga, dan bentuk dan manage national team. Tu jer. Engine sebenar untuk generate dan develop dari segi quality dan quantity grassroot players, coaches dan referess adalah beban FA negeri. Tapi somehow they are mostly protected about this all these years. Papehal semua hala ke FAM. This misdirection in channel of responsibility adelah antara masalah kelembamam bolasepak kita sebab pihak sebenar yg patut be accountable duk tunding jari kat orang lain.

PLUM: Privatisation of local league will see one team taking part in Asia’s Champions League

MALAYSIA will be granted a spot in the AFC Champions League, regarded as Asia’s most prestigious club competition, in 2015 or 2016.

This is in line with the privatisation of the M-League next year.

FAM M-League privatisation chairman Datuk Seri Afandi Hamzah said the local league will go private next year and the national body will apply to the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for a spot in the Champions League.

“We would like to see a Malaysian team competing in the Champions League for the first time next year.

“We will apply to AFC once we have formed an independent body, comprising FAM officials, State FA representatives and sponsors, to handle the M-League after the Congress-cum-elections on May 25,” said Afandi yesterday.

The idea to outsource the league was first mooted by FAM's former deputy president Tan Sri Anuar Musa to allow Malaysian teams to play in the prestigious Champions League.

FAM had first tried to do it a year after the establishment of MSL Sdn Bhd in January, 2005.

Although the proposal was endorsed by the then executive committee, it failed to receive much support from those in the football fraternity.

It is also learnt that FAM will get only a 30 per cent stake when the league is fully corporatised.

Several state FAs have started setting up subsidiaries to convert their teams into football clubs.

Under the format, the teams cannot come under the purview of state FAs and must be 100 per cent financially independent.

However, they must retain their state identity.

Teams must also have their own venues, training grounds and sponsors, along with a minimum attendance of 5,000 for each match to qualify for the Champions League.

“Although the league will go private next year, AFC has agreed to give us two years to comply to all regulations, including the conversion of state teams to football clubs.

“Most teams have started the process to become football clubs. Among them are Perak, Kelantan and Kuala Lumpur.

“As for now, we are on the right track towards privatisation,” Afandi added.

However, the efforts to privatise the league could backfire as some teams currently competing in the Super League and the Premier League want additional funds from FAM.

At present, each Super League team receive RM350,000 while those in the second-tier competition are given RM250,000.

FAM general-secretary Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin said the allocation will increase corresponding to an impending agreement with new sponsors and the league’s privatisation.

“All teams can expect a new package next season. We are in discussion with potential sponsors and one of the key elements being stressed is the increase of grants,” said Hamidin.

Meanwhile, a non-M-League team will be formed to play in the Asean Super League (ASL), which will kick off next year or in 2016.

“The Asean Football Federation (AFF) has briefed its affiliates about the league.

A seminar will be held in July. We, however, have decided to field a non-league team in the competition,” said Hamidin.

1. Nak ade import dalam liga.
2. taknak naturalisasi
3. Nak national team hebat.

Dalam keadaan sekarang boleh pilih 2 saja. Takleh tamak.


Zaman lejen 76-86 dulu bukan ade import pon. Kalau tak silap import pertama tahun 89 baru datang. Officially zaman kejatuhan national team kita start bila ?

Pure naturalisasi process need 5 years minimum. If we start now..

My suggestion is to pick someone below 25 years old.
