Hi, im going to buy ipod nano from company that selling cheap nano 1GB at Rm550 only but the warranty only form his company not from apple. so how is it? is it worth to buy compare to nano with apple warranty?

is the nano from apple distributor/dealer/reseller?

anyway, u can also check the serial number against apple's support page.. to see if there's any warranty.. if there is.. then it's worth it

all Apple products came with 1 year International Warranty from Apple, regardless of where you get it from.

just check the serial no. in Apple's website and see the warranty status there

one thing I can think of.. stolen goods so warranty only by them..

or maybe it's a refurbished product..

I don't think you'll be allowed to check the serial on apple's website unless you write down from the box.

if the ipod is original that bought from apple > warranty covered by apple
if the ipod is original that bought not from apple > warranty still covered by apple
if the ipod is a replica (fake) that made not by apple > no warranty from apple

for your information, original ipod is made in china
