For your information, LS in ROS has already been nerfed gao gao as higher the character grow, unless you talking about Life on Hit, which could help you survive well in T4, im cm wiz b4 with mostly legacy gear, 260 dps, but hp only 50k, i could survive in t4, but with party around, the monster beeing stronger, oftern owned by the elites. Frost Nova - Cold Snap(before i use bone chill but since cm gone)
Magic Weapon - Force Weapon
Frost armor - Chilling Armor
Left click - Magic Missile(Glacial Spike)
Right click - Arcane Orb(Frozen Orb)
Passive - Evocation,Cold Blooded, Blur
