Difference between geek and normal user is they always do research. There's difference between noob and lazy. There's always Google. I always googled my problem/question first, if not found then only asked in forum for help. There's build in search function in LYN forum as well. Forum are for discussion, people here are not paid to answer the same question over and over again and again.
