Blow the area till warm and at the same time use your nail to move the web to the edge of the sp. repeat it few time till you don't see any spider web <it is hot on finger tip>

Does anyone having some problem on receiving whatsapp when the screen is off? It appear i having this problem where by i was unable to receive any whatsapp when i on screen off. The msg will received when i turn on the screen.

Yup, location is on. GPS come awhile then lost connection awhile then come back then lost connection. No problem with Google maps
