2. You will then be provided a quotation and the banking details (Maybank).
3. Make payment to the designated account through cash deposit machine or wire transfer.

Warranty / RMA

- Each product has its respective warranty period, mostly two years limited warranty.
- To directly file a ticket to Western Digital, you may do so through WD Support Page .
- To RMA through us, customers have to bear shipping charges for both ways. RMA process may take up to 30 days upon receiving your defective merchandise until the arrival of replacement product. Customers are highly advised to contact us before sending your defective product to us.
- Warranty / RMA requires the whole set to be returned: the item, the full packaging, the receipt, and any other related stuff such as the cables and other accessories. Thus, customers are advised to keep all these stuff in safe hands after purchase for warranty / RMA purposes.

1. Do you provide COD service?
- Preferable shipping method is through courier as it is safe, fast, and reliable. Plus, the charges are reasonable.
- Nonetheless, we do provide COD service at McDonald's Section 7, Shah Alam (opposite of Wisma Jakel) half an hour before and after 9PM daily.
- However, this service is subjected to availability, and the availability is extremely limited. Kindly check with us regarding availability.
- Full payment is required, and failure be there within the time frame (unless raining and natural disasters), the rendezvous will be cancelled and shipping charges will be applied for your merchandise to be shipped to you.

2. I can't deposit the exact amount as quoted, what do I do?
- Please round up to the nearest maximum amount. The balance will be returned together with the official receipt enclosed in the merchandise packaging.

3. Do official receipt for purchase is provided?
- Official receipt for purchase will be attached together with your shipped merchandise.
- For environmental purposes, you may request to have a paperless receipt instead of a printed one by including your email address when providing Delivery Information (How to Place Order section).

4. What happens if there is no available stock after payment had been made?
- First option is to wait for next batch of product to arrived and we will ship it to you. This may requires for you to wait around two to three weeks.
- Second option is for us to fully refund your money to your designated account. There is no charges for refund, but it may take up to two days.

5. Do you sell other products than Western Digital external hard disk?
- Yes, we do. We carry all sorts of WD products such as internal hard disk, cloud storage, server and data center storage, you name it.
- We also sell Kingston, Toshiba, and Transcend products.
- Simply inquire us, and we will respond on the details.
