if anyone bought any handbags from them, you might want to double-check your item on its authenticity.
As for my case, bought this from MyDeal :

And their undisclosed supplier being, Brandspree :

Authentic ones :-

What I get :-
- Plastic Wrapping on the "Leather" Handles.
Coach bags are usually made of leather or contain some sort of leather on them. Leather– real leather needs to breathe or it will be ruined. Wrapping leather in plastic prevents the leather from breathing because plastic inhibits airflow. Now nothing bad would come out of wrapping fake leather in plastic because fake leather does not need to breathe. Therefore, if you see plastic wrapped around the handle of a handbag, it is probably made of fake leather and Coach does not use fake leather. Therefore, the handbag is most probably a fake.

- Fading Coach Imprint, CoacII? New York or Hew York?

- Longer than Normal Metal Tag with Scratched Marks and Red Stain at the Back

- Uneven Stitching Works

- Unusual Dust Bag (white strings used, not usual)

- Non Authentic Price Tag, Even the Edges of the Care Card, the Colour has Started to Fade. (red)

Furthermore, promised or noted by them, that I need the item delivered within the stated delivery period, 23-27th December 2013. As events turned out, delivery delayed, and email requests for an update, went unanswered. Took them three (3) months from the date of purchase to send me the item.
When I asked them to reconfirm the authenticity of the handbag.
Here's the reply I get.

Just to be fair to them:
Here's my email. I sent them (Brandspree, just once) a copy, as my email to MyDeal went unanswered for days.
I was shocked to find out Brandspree was the undisclosed supplier, days after my purchase.
Else I will surely stay away.
(it was harsh, but if you can imagine the hassle and time I spent to try to get back my refund (still ongoing battle), believe me, you wont want to go through it)
"First of all, I would like to apologize for writing in again. But after checking out BrandSpree’s facebook, plus showing the Sales Attendant at Coach Boutique, the pictures available at BrandSpree’s website(s) (namely - http://Brandspree.shoppy.my/ProductWeb.asp...f-452480f3ec10). She cautioned me that the pictures posted there, raised too many red flags, and doubted the authenticity of the bag(s) shown in the pictures there.
Furthermore, from BrandSpree’s Facebook previous postings, we can see that they had in the past, offered; to sell replica designer goods, numerous times. As such, I’m doubtful about the authenticity of the final product that I had ordered.
Please note that I purchased the deal, thinking that it’s a deal by MyDeal directly, supporting MyDeal because of your good reputation, without knowing BrandSpree was the undisclosed principle. The offer to sell was for a AUTHENTIC Coach Saffiano Leather Mini Satchel, style number 49392. I just hope that my doubts are proven not to be true. Else save us all the time and hassle in notifying me now, and let me cancel the order.
On a side note, XXXXX, I know that I had caused you lots of work for the past few days. (I requested the item to be delivered on time) Please understand that when you’re buying a gift for someone important, you want it to be perfect. I initially planned to use the service of a personal shopper to get me the bag from US Coach boutique stores directly, as it’s not available in stores here, plus taking advantage of their festive season sales. But that’s when your deal caught my eye. Sorry for any inconvenience caused."
Finally, MyDeal replied:
"Kindly to be informed that the deal was authentic from our merchant.
All items are authentic as they have the proof of receipt that you can check later after you have receive the item."
>> Now, my guess is right. No proof of receipt and email request/ calls for an explanation went unanswered again.
If you're in the same situation, you might want to consider submitting a claim (Form1) to the Consumer Tribunal of Malaysia.
You can do it online.
http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/etribunal_en/user/user_login.php
There is a RM5 processing fee which you can pay via online banking.
If you are not sure whether you have a case, you can also submit a Claim Enquiry Form to them via the link provided above as well, which they will review. Its free, and they encourage the public to do that before filing a claim (Form1).
Next if Form1 is successfully filed, and a hearing date is set. You will need to print out the successfully processed Form1 and send a copy to the Respondent.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO CLAIMANT:
1. A claimant must submit Form 1 to the respondent with -
(i) Advise of Receipt Registered Post (A.R); or
(ii) giving it to the Respondents themselves,
immediately.
2. A.R card to be taken during the hearing.
(without the A.R. card, without proof that the respondent received your claim via Form1, the court might not hear your case, or postpone it)
TO THE RESPONDENT :
If you dispute the claimant's claim, you shall file in your statement of defence in Form 2 on or before XX Month 2014.
(the respondent need to pay RM5 as well in submitting Form2)
Then now, two (2) paths to consider.
If you received the Form2 or satisfied with their explanation, or settled the matter privately. You can submit a notice of discontinuance, via the link above, and skip the hearing.
Else, go for the hearing. (If its an online sale and purchase, the hearing place is on default the State Consumer Tribunal Court / Office of the buyers' place of stay) Example, if the online buyer is staying in Kedah, and the online seller is staying in KL. It will be heard in Kedah.
On the date of hearing, there's a dress code to adhered to.
Business attire is the safest bet.
Male, no short pants, no slippers.
Female, cover up.
Register your attendance at the counter, provide them with your IC, and AR Card.
Then walk to the open court room, sit down and wait, there are many other cases hearing on the same day and at the same time.
You wont be alone. The judge enters, all stand.
Wait for your case to be called, while hearing other people's cases. Lol. Busybody.
You can bring your friends or family member along, but if you wish, only one can sit with you when you "present" you case. (don't be nervous or afraid, just sit and discuss, not much formalities, the one presiding my case was very nice). Its an open court, members of the public can sit behind and hear it too.
Either party may not be represented by a lawyer, unless the claimant or respondent is a practicing lawyer themselves.
If the respondent did not attend the hearing. Most likely the court will decide in your favour. (of course you must have a valid claim, else it doesn't matter whether they attended it or not)
Then judgement at the end of the "discussion" itself.
Good Luck.
