I stayed at monash residence when i was studying alevels. I had a bad experience with the housekeeper. He forced me to move out of my room because the other occupants of the unit have moved out after finishing their alevels. Later, I found out that my unit was being rented out to other people (Koreans)without my permission prior to the end of my lease. I have signed a lease agreement and hence felt that i was mistreated and cheated out of my tenant rights. Not to mention kementerian pelajaran malaysia was paying for my rent.

When i went to see him, he kept giving a lot of excuses saying those people are new to the country and are paying a lot to study there blah blah blah..... At the end, kpm stepped in and forced him to give me back my room lol...
