Anyone underwent the Monash-Warwick exchange while doing a Bachelor in Business and Commerce? Can I PM you all to ask some questions?

kings college? ntu? nus?

Kings is not available for my course. They don't offer Business modules for the exchange program.

NUS had a note saying that business modules are oftenly over-subscribed, therefore I don't think an exchange will be possible (still need to someone who is willing to exchange from there to Monash before I can be exchanged to NUS).

NTU, not much info given by them, they don't even have a page for prospective inbound students.

The reason I aimed on the Warwick exchange is due to the special relationship between them and Monash. Albeit better results needed to qualify for the exchange but there is no quota set, and without the need to wait for someone to come to Monash from there.

Prospective Bachelor in Business and Commerce student, Oct 2015 intake smile.gif

NTU, maybe I'll lurk around their thread for a while, but I would love to experience the life of the western world and examine the differences between the east and west myself haha

dont know whether possible, if it is a 4 years course... 1st year msia 2nd year clayton 3rd year ex other uni 4th year back msia...

If im taking single major, 3 years. Double, 4 years. Both route includes exchange.

Theoratically its possible, since when you do exchanges you can get your credits recognised, provided you are good enough to mix and match around.

4 years course might allow you to exchange 2 times... if 3 years definitely only 1 time only

btw, when u r in let me know.. will add you to the first page ^^

4 years course still doesn't qualify me as a MIA member, so pointless for me smile.gif

Still working on costs though, only 80% sure I'm enrolling into Monash, but yeah will tag you once I make up my mind.

MIA? lol.. go for CPA or ACCA if have time... who cares bout MIA...
*
Justify the statements below, if both are false, means I'm probably the stupidest person alive doh.gif :

1) To practice accounting in Malaysia as a chartered accountant, legally under whatever laws and regulations, one must be a MIA member.

2) If 1 is true, only certain 4 year accounting degrees and professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CPA and etc will be eligible for a MIA membership.

Yes. Convenient but burns your wallet. From the station nearest from my house to Monash is 2.70bucks.

Station is almost like the LRT station, just with no train tracks and a way narrower boarding platform.

What are the a level requirements??
What mathematics standard is required?? (important)
I message them alr but no reply
*
You need AS/A-Levels Maths (I forgot which one, Year 12 Maths they said) for courses in the business school.

7 points in A-Levels, which converts to CDD as minimum entry requirements.
