It's called Cellar Run. In my opinion, It was less effective than Mira's Run. Gosh, how I miss the Blacksmith's wife..
Besides, it will be nerf soon; just like Mira's Run. Blizzard wants us to play the game normally laugh.gif

Honestly speaking, Cellar Run gives higher XP than Mira.
There are huge group of mobs outside the gate. nod.gif

Just change your char after each rift run.
I have levelled 3 new chars to 70 using this method.
