Before it's official launch, the units sold are quite good already i guess.. who knows after launch what will happen ?

yea, offered few times then developer stop the sales for a period of time, then recently developer release more units (maybe from loan rejection and etc) cause last time units was grabbed too fast due to the demand.

so far beneton properties also ok lah.

take stonor park for example, went there before to visit a friend. damn even it's quite old (i think about 7~10 years, not sure) but still well maintained and good. not sure if management is Beneton or apa, but at least it's a property constructed by Beneton.

this should be fine. especially a resort themed condo. if they don't do this well, their reputation will be gone! i doubt it will happen though haha
