Personally I think the maintenance cost should be around RM 0.25 to RM 0.30. If not we may have a problem once JMB takeover from Benetton. just my 20 cents opinion. |

Nice green x 2 development....jungle n park 5 acres...wow....good for family living. Saw it at propcafe review....though many development there..but if for ownstay i ll get this one.
