You maybe right bcos of the big balcony..anyway just want 2 check is it common for d buyer 2 sign S&P without knowing d confirmed price of maintenance fee & car park lot? Honestly if this is not so reputable developer, it ll b a minus point 2 me already😏

Really?? I thought around rm0.25psf..even wangsa9 only rm0.25 psf including sinking fund..they got 38 storeys, 6 units & 6 lifts per floor n d big units ie 2000++ sf come with private lift

I check previously with SA and Project Director. All the facilities should be easy to maintenance and less maintenance cost including maintenance of 5 acre of hill park. To keep a condo humming along, need to cover the costs of administration and staff, repairs and maintenance and insurance and property taxes, among other things. That's is part of their priority to ensure buyer is not burden with the higher maintenance cost once transfer to JMB.

With the higher cost nowadays, we are not to sure how much is the total maintenance cost once JMB takeover around mid 2019. Inflation + GST around the corner surely affected the maintenance cost.

Personally I think the maintenance cost should be around RM 0.25 to RM 0.30. If not we may have a problem once JMB takeover from Benetton.

just my 20 cents opinion.

Nice green x 2 development....jungle n park 5 acres...wow....good for family living. Saw it at propcafe review....though many development there..but if for ownstay i ll get this one.

You could try to visit their Sales Gallery at Level 18, Menara Chan or call them @ 03 2715 1166
It's in soft launch now.
Official launch probably during or after CNY.
