Also bcoz now it happen to be our country economy uncertainty, and that become part of my concern too.
Just would like to ask more opinion from u guys Before making serious decision.

I'm buying for own stay n I feel the surrounding not bad with low density amongst this area.

But it truth that I'm so much concern with the VP too...since it not under dibs scheme.
